1. Nature of Service Standard Interface LLC ("the Company") provides a subscription-based data feed consisting of publicly available signals and business intelligence. The Company acts as a data processor and aggregator.

2. Data "As Is" All leads and intelligence are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While the Company utilizes high-precision scraping and enrichment protocols (including third-party APIs like Apollo and Google Maps), we do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of phone numbers, emails, or sentiment analysis.

3. No Guarantee of Results The Company is a provider of opportunity, not outcomes. We do not guarantee that the provided leads will result in sales, meetings, or revenue for the Client.

4. Acceptable Use Client agrees to use the data in compliance with all applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM and TCPA). Client shall not resell, redistribute, or "leak" the raw data feeds provided by the Company to third-party competitors.

5. Subscription & Cancellation Billing is recurring monthly. Clients may cancel at any time with 14 days' notice prior to the next billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months.
